You pay for what your agents use, in dollars. Each plan includes a month of usage; unused usage carries over for one more month. Plans renew monthly until you cancel; nothing is ever topped up automatically.

$0
$5 of usage to start, once. Up to about $1 a day. Small and standard models.
Top-ups
Need more, or don't want a plan? Add usage from $10. Top-ups never expire, and an unused top-up can be refunded within 30 days.
Good to know
- When your balance reaches $0, your agents stop and tell you. Loom never switches to a cheaper model behind your back.
- Upgrading adds the new plan's usage straight away. Nothing you already have is taken away.
- Plans and top-ups are bought here on the website, not in the app.
