Privacy, plainly
The short version of our privacy policy.
Stays on your Mac
- Your website sign-ins, passwords, cookies and browsing. Agents browse in a real browser on your Mac, on your own connection.
- Your agents' files, memory, notes and records of what they did.
- Your Google sign-in and your Vault, in your Mac's Keychain.
Leaves your Mac
- Model calls. When an agent needs a model, what that one call needs is sent to the model, which Cloudflare runs for us. It passes through our service only while it runs; we don't store it or log it, and it isn't used to train models.
- Your account and spending. Your email address, plan and balance, and for each call the amount, time and which agent and run made it, never what was said.
- Crash reports, only if you turn them on: what failed and a fixed error code, never your messages, files or names.
- Report an issue, only when you send one, and you see a summary first.
- Usage data, only if you turn it on: which screens you use and similar fixed events, never what you or your agents wrote or read.
Memory
Notes can be shared with every agent, or kept by one. Forget for good removes a note's words for good. Settings › Privacy and data lets you forget everything an agent knows.
Deleting your account
From a Mac that's been signed in for at least a day, open Settings › Account, choose Delete my account and type DELETE. Every Mac and Google account is signed out. What we keep afterwards is listed in the privacy policy.
