Export everything

A dated folder with every agent's Library, dashboard, memory notes, runs and chat history, plus a list of it all. Sign-ins and secrets are never included.

Forget what an agent knows

Clears what one agent has learned and done, so it starts fresh.

Delete all

Moves every agent and everything they keep to the Trash and returns Loom to its first-run setup. It offers to export first, and you type DELETE to confirm.

Crash reports

Off unless you turn them on. See the privacy policy for what they contain.

Share usage data

Off unless you turn it on. Never includes what you or your agents write, agent names or instructions, files, Google accounts or email.

Notifications

Anything that needs you always shows in the sidebar and on Home. In Settings › Notifications, two switches decide whether Loom also sends a Mac notification:
